A Commerce graduate and alumnus of the Wharton School of Management, Mr. Rattan Jindal’s focus has not only been on producing world class stainless steel flat products but, also on promoting the usage of stainless steel. It is this vision of his, which has given birth to companies such as, Jindal Architecture, Jindal Stainless Steelway and arttdinox. All these initiative have played a major role in implementing Mr. Jindal’s zeal for promotion of stainless steel and have in a small way played a role in shaping the modern urban infrastructure of the country, be it the Airports, Delhi Metro, Bus Shelters, or malls. These initiatives of his, have in their own small way have contributed in making India the third largest producer of stainless steel in the world, in little over four decades.

His apt leadership skills have made Jindal Stainless the largest integrated stainless steel producer in the country and has put Jindal Stainless amongst the top 10 global stainless steel producers. Today Jindal Stainless boasts of 1.8 million ton capacity and a revenue in excess of $ 2.0 bn USD.

Following on his father's footsteps, Shri O.P. Jindal who believed that, "without the upliftment of weak and backward sections of the society, a nation can never prosper", Mr Rattan Jindal has made Corporate Social Responsibility an integral part of Inclusive Management. He is the Chairman of the Board of a 600 bedded multi-specialty charitable hospital and also devotes time to oversee the functioning of two large schools, where more than 4000 students from all sections of society get access to education. and no differentiation is done between the have and the have not's.

Mr. Deepak Kesharlal Agiwal (Whole Time Director), holds a degree of B.E (Chemical Engineering) from Pune University. He accomplished executive with 23 years of versatile experience in reputed paper, chemical and steel industries. Result oriented, decisive leader with business acumen and proven success in handling projects, operations, commercial and corporate strategy, supply chain management with a track record of excelling and leading in dynamic and demanding environments with change responsiveness, vibrant and evolving customer relationship management, value addition to different stakeholders and so on.

Mr. Udai Vashisht is a MBA in Finance and Strategy from Cardiff Buisness School, Whales, England. He possesses an experience of about 14 years in the areas of internal audit, process re-engineering and compliances under Sarbanes Oxley law.

Dr. Shiv Kumar Singal (Independent Director) acquired M.Sc. (Hons. School) Zoology in 1973 and Ph. D. Zoology-Entomology in 1981 from Panjab University Chandigarh. Dr. Singal’s long experience of 35 years as Professor cum Scientist at CPRI, Shimla, Panjab University Chandigarh and CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar has been acclaimed by various Organizations both in India and abroad. Dr. Singal has published more than 90 Research Papers in reputed National and International Journals. He developed technologies for the management of stored grain pests which were included in the Package of Practices particularly for small scale storage of pulses. He has served as Member, Board of Studies (Zoology), Punjabi University, Patiala and Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Dr. Singal also possesses eleven years of medical expertise by having supervised the general administrator and development of a large charitable tertiary care hospital at Hisar as chief Administrator.

His expertise in the field of development of Post-Harvest Technology and subsequent popularising of innovative and environment friendly storage structures made of different type of steels including solar bed technology proved highly effective and useful for safe storage of grains without using any insecticides in rural areas. Further exploration of scientifically built stainless steel small and large silos and bins for safe storage of grains etc. will reduce the Post-harvest losses of grains against moisture, Insects and rodents at national level and hence will boost the Agricultural economy.

Ms Shruti Shrivastava (née Kanodia), holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru with a gold medal. She is a practicing corporate lawyer with approximately 15 years of experience. She started her career with S&R Associates, New Delhi and then moved on to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, New Delhi where she was a partner in the corporate and M&A practice since 2016. She has significant experience in general corporate advisory including senior management employment, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, debt and equity financing for both listed and unlisted companies and restructuring of businesses. She is currently leading Sagus Legal, a legal advisory firm. She was recognised among the “Promising Women Leaders” of 2022 by Economic Times and Femina. She also featured in the list of “Future Legal Leaders” published by India Business Law Journal in 2022.
